1-4 Passengers can have 1 or 2 suitcases each, 1 piece of hand luggage each, and a laptop or tablet each. Passengers quite often underestimate the amount of space they require when travelling by taxi. Small children often need even more space for prams/buggies.
6 passengers can have 6+ suitcases plus hand luggage plus laptops/tablets and this may well require additional transportation to and from the airport. In these circumstances arrangements can be made for an additional taxi to be provided

This contact not only assures the passenger that the driver is going to turn up, but that they will be ready for the trip. It is very frustrating for passengers to find out at the last minute that they cannot get everything into the taxi and that they will require additional transportation.
